A1: We are based in Guangdong, China. Providing sportswear from design, sampling, matering sourcing, production, packing, transport, after-sale one stop customized and wholesale service. 

We sell to Eastern Europe(29.00%),North America(12.00%),South America(12.00%),Domestic Market(12.00%),Northern Europe(6.00%),Central America(6.00%)

Southeast Asia(6.00%),Western Europe(6.00%),Southern Europe(6.00%),South Asia(2.00%),Mid East(2.00%),Eastern Asia(1.00%). There are total about 101-200 people in our office.

Q4: What's the cost of samples and sample time?

A4>1. Regular sample cost is regularly $30-$80 per piece, depending on style, labor, fabric, logo and other cost, etc. 

For old customers, we will support free sample around 10-20pcs per years. Sample fee will be returned after bulk order base on 200 piece per color in mixed sizes. 

For new customers, we support  BUY 3 GET 1 FREE, please contact our sales team for more information.

      2. Regular sample time is 15 days, our sample team will timely update the sample process and communicate the sample details with you 

during the sample process, so that you can know all the sample processing situation.

Q5: What's the price of bulk order and how long does it take for mass production?

A5>1. Our bulk price are all direct factory prices. The estimated unit prices could be offered for reference. We will provide you a exact and reasonable price according to the style, quantity, fabric and process of your order after you samples quality is confirmed.

      2. About 30-35 days for bulk production. In special cases, our team will communicate with you before production 

and provide you with production arrangements and time schedule.

Q6: What's your MOQ? I am just start-up sportswear brand, MOQ can be less?

A6>1. Our MOQ is usually 100-200 pieces / sets per styles with 1 color and mixed sizes.

      2. For start-up brands and want to try customized order, we will provide some simple and hot selling designs according to the customer's budget, and MOQ can be adjusted. 

But the cost may be slightly increased but it's reasonable price ensured. More information please contact our sales team.

      3. For testing market bands, we could provide some high quality fast-delviery item. NO MOQ and reasonable price.

Q7: I can my own designs and brand logo can you make and produce?

A7>Absolutely can. We are a professional manufacturer with provide one-stop services from design to production. 

We have experienced R&D team to help you built the sketch, make paper patterns with logo and adjust best measurements.

Q8: How do you control the quality of production?

A8>

- SAMPLE QUALITY: we offer pre-production sample to you for free with full sizes, logo, care label, packaging to make sure not miss every detail.

- MATERIAL QUALITY: all bulk fabric and accessories go through a series of testing before being put into warehouse.

- PRE-PRODUCITON ARRANGEMENT: we will hold a pre-production meeting before production. 

According to quantity, delivery time and requirements of customers, and we will also make production plans and schedules sheets for customers and update timely.

- TRAINED BACK-END DEPARTMENT: our well-trained back-end department staff will find the bad quality of 

finished products and timely feedback to the QC team to solve the issues, to shorten the production time.

- PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL: our QC team will arrange quality control process from pre-production, during the production and after production.

Q9: What is the payment method you support ?

A9. We accept T/T bank transfer, Paypal, Western Union, and Alibaba payment.

Q10: Can I visit your factory before placing order?

A10: Of Course, you are absolutely welcome to visit our factory any time you feel convenient.
